The SD-8205 vibration meter with LCD measures in real time the operational processes in a wide range of applications. Preventive maintenance is vital in avoiding costly repairs and critical downtime of large motors and cams, bearings such as on trains, city water turbines, conveyor belts, and many other areas.
A consistent vibration measurement program helps to stop failures of rotating machinery before they happen by detecting broken mounting bolts, worn bearings and couplings, or even misalignment and unbalance. The SD-8205 can be an important part of any monitoring and maintenance program.
Readings can be recorded directly to an SD card, allowing data to be exported to Microsoft© Excel for analysis.
The SD-8205 includes the vibration sensor with 1.2m (3.93') cable and hard carrying case. An SD card is required for datalogging.
